Based in Hobart, Tasmania, I make my work in a backyard workshop supervised by an elderly rabbit and a couple of chooks. I work in timber, mostly Tas Oak (that's the collective name given to a number of eucalypt species), though I do tinker with other things as well. I'm inspired by the shapes and textures found in nature and by animals.
In between creating I work two jobs, preach on a semi-regular basis at a local Baptist church, and get attacked by a rabbit who thinks his treats aren't being delivered efficiently enough.
I also have a patreon page where you can support me making art and creating patterns for other crafty people to make things. It's under the name Inevitable Wombat because that's the branding I put on my more-crafty-less-art-&-designy things.
