In my previous post I mentioned creating a patreon account to try and generate a reliable income stream, and that I would be sharing some patterns for things you can make yourself. These wombats are from the first pattern, with variations for making a soft toy (if sewing is your thing) and out of sheet material like wood or MDF (or possibly gingerbread or chocolate. I haven't tested those yet but am pretty sure it should work.

The next pattern will be going up shortly, and is for this adorable kangaroo.

So, since my last post (about a year ago) a few things have changed. I've worked, I've been to Romania on an archaeological dig, I found out one of my jobs is being axed due to organisational financial changes.

I have signed on to have a stall at Bluebird Handmade Market in Moonah on Sunday November 20 and December 18, and I'll be at designed:made November 25-27 at the Hobart Town Hall.

I have also started up a patreon page, where people who want to can pledge a monthly amount  to support me creating art while paying bills and eating regularly. I return, I will be creating patterns for things you can make yourself. And possibly sending you a signed photo of one of my pet chickens, depending how much you pledge.
Here's a photo of Rodger the tiny rooster of adorableness (just because he's adorable)

I'm a Tasmanian furniture artist, sculptor, and maker of awesome things (and sometimes lame things). I have a patreon page where you can give me money if you like what I make.
